28mm heroic scale Soviet M35 Officer's Hat (round

This headgear is based on what is usually referred to as the Model 1935 (M35) cap. This style of cap was introduced to the USSR in 1935 and remained until the 1950s. different colour schemes were used to distinguish between different branches of the armed forces, with different coloured bands denoting cavalry, riflemen or other regiments.

This style of hat was used for officers and as the parade cap of privates and sergeants. Officers hats tended to be made of higher-quality material and were often adorned with braids, brass leaves and other symbols. Caps commonly had square visors, but some had rounded semi-circular visors – while some services preferred the rounded visor, it was less common and mostly appeared on the custom-made caps of wealthier officers.
