Suzuki Navi Clarion QY-5002 Volume Knob Spare Part

The owners of a Clarion QY5002 Navis in a Suzuki know the problem. The volume control knob softens and deforms. There are no spare parts from the manufacturer. Since this has always bothered me optically, I have now constructed a spare part myself. The knob is pulled out of the navigation system, the rubber is scraped off and replaced with a black plastic part. It can be glued but will hold without too. The lighting of the knob is retained. It is a permanent solution as the replacement part is plastic and will not deform again in the future.
