Mock Torquebar Spinner

This is a rescaled version of the famous Torquebar (TM) by MD Engineering LTD. The design was modified to be 3d printable and accept a common 22mmx8mm skateboard bearing. This design is a work in progress and will be updated and replaced as testing shows room for improvement. So far, it has been tested with ABS and PLA with no issues. The bearing hole is a press fit.
