This is a mini pushbutton momentry switches holder speacially designed for Graflex Vintage clamps and it's accurate replicas (from Roman Props, TGS) for assembling functinal bubble strip/card activation system. It has two spots to hold metal springs for spring-loaded bubble strip/card (optional) or just plastic tension tabs can be used.
"Suspension tabs" or "springy tabs" are made to hold bubble strip/card tight and act as suspension when you press the bubble strip/card to return it back to the original position. So switches holders with "suspension tabs" are printed in flexible plastic, switches without them can be printed in non-flexible materials like acrylic plastic and metal, because metal tabs are not elastic obviously, so you need springs instead of "suspension tabs" or some other way to return bubble strip back when you push it.
Since there are no completely identical clamps and there is a gap width inconsistence, I've designed a holder that can be easily customized to perfectly fit any Graflex Vintage clamp. To do it you just need to sand down or cut with a sharp knife 4 "bumpers" on each side that give an extra width to the holder, this way you make it narrow to fit a specific clamp.
