Garmin Varia mount for Topeak racks (version 2)

This bracket allows for the attachment of a Garmin Varia rearview radar to the reflector/tail light mounting holes found on many Topeak luggage racks. It requires the K-edge "insert" peice to connect to the Garmin, 2 M3 nuts, 2 M5 nuts, and 2 angle-head M5 screws.

This is an updated version of the design that uses 1 fewer M5 bolt to mount to the rack, and more importantly, it moves the mount point vertically by 1 cm for better tire clearance. Tire clearance was not a problem with the original Garmin Varia RTL 500, but the new models have a vertical orientation that can touch the rear tire when mounted using version 1 of the mount, depending on rack mount placement and tire size. This includes the RTL 510 (released 2018) and the RTL 515 (release 2020), which have identical dimensions. The new RTC 715 (released 2022) is slightly taller and has not been tested. It would likely work in some setups and not others.
