This item is an accessory to the Shaman. It is sold separately to allow you to chose a color/material of your choice. The item is sized to be 'held' snugly by the Shamans 'hands'. To insert it into the hands, the plastic must be flexed a bit inwards. Then it will spring back to its normal shape, once inserted.
Like any Headdress, this one shows the authority of the Shaman.
If you choose to do so, you may use multiple Ellyba figurines in your Casting Collection (Boneyard), and chose different meanings for each. For example, the Ellyba with Headdress One, might represent one of your Ancestors. The Ellyba with Headdress Two, might represent an elderly person in your life; perhaps a mentor. You could also use a an Ellyba House, without a Headress. This might represent yourself.
Another option, is to use the Headdress by itself. It is an interesting design, and can mean many things. It could mean:
- A Tangible object that represents power, control or authority. Like a septre or a gun.
- Decoration. Our efforts to make something look good, or more than its really worth.
- Showmanship, Presentation, Leader, Guidance, etc.
- Trappings. Things that we think we need, that are not as important as we think.
- Tools. Necessities that we use to get the job done.
- etc.
