XY Stereo Mic Clip 19mm ExtraShort

XY 90 Stereo Microphone mount. Stereo mic clip for mounting two 19mm diameter microphones in a 90 degree XY configuration. Compatable with shorter microphones. Creates a fast, east repeatable stereo micing setup. Includes attachment points for flying/hanging. May be attached directly to a standard microphone stand using a common top nut, but we sugest using in conjunction with a swivel adaptor such as the WindTech MA-1, OnStage MM01, or Triad M1-R.

This microphone positioning system was developed for real-world recording situations. This system will not droop, sag or otherwise lose its geometry during use. This clip is easy to use, quick to position, and offers consistent, repeatable results without endless fiddling or adjustment.

XY positioning will will produce a well-defined stereo image with excellent mono-compatability when used with cardiod microphones. Some engineers like to use this clip with two omni directional mics for close micing solo instruments with stereo presence, but low proximity effect.

Compatable with  any microphone with a 19-21 mm diameter body.
