DigiTokes PWM Bezel & Buttons For 12mm Fire - No B

This is a pretty simple, easy to use bezel for my DigiTokes and DigiPot PCBs. Using this bezel rather than trying to line up and hand drill holes individually makes installation much easier, cleaner, and gives your mod a much more custom look! The bezel has a hole perfect for 12mm fire buttons, and is about 68mm long, 20mm wide on the face, and 16.8mm wide on the back, and is about .8mm thick from the surface of the box to the front of the bezel. There is also a lip around the entire bezel to cover the cuts that need to be made to insert the bezel and make mounting it extremly easy. 

The tools I use for installation are:
•A dremel or rotary tool
•Pencil
•small dremel cutting wheels
•high speed steel routing bits(to smooth everything a bit and round corners)

You can install the bezel a number of different ways ranging from tracing the back of the bezel onto a piece of paper, cutting the outline then tracing that onto your box in the desired position, using calipers and a ruler to trace out the cut lines onto your box, simply placing the bezel face up on your box in the position you'd like then tracing the back onto the box, and so on. Regardless of which method you use to get the outline onto your box, the rest is usually the same. Cut as close to the lines as possible, as straight as possible while being careful to make 90° corners. It is usually best to cut inside the lines, then remove any extra material with the routing bit or a small sanding bit, that way you can widen it a little at a time to make sure you don't make it too big!
