HO/OO 14-ton "Hench" Tar Tanker Bachmann

This product is based off of the real life 14-ton pre-war Tar Tankers featured prevalently in the Thomas & Friends television series.  The milk tankers and tar tankers are nearly identical in the show, differing only in the distance between the planks on the front and back of the tanker.  The "Hench" name is a name given by fans to denote Tanker wagons which have their wheels and axle boxes placed unusually far from the center of the wagon, without any modifications to the original brake block system.  This renders the wagon rather bizarre looking, as its brake blocks would not actually be able to touch the wheels and thereby bring the wagon to a stop.  The wagons appeared in the Thomas & Friends episode No Joke for James, Toad Stands By, and Thomas & the Magic Railroad.  This particular iteration of the model features the international Hook and Loop coupling system, including the hooks.  All this model needs to be ready to roll is either a set of Hornby 14.1mm or HO scale 38" wheels.
