Phwee Hellion class Scout

Often the first ship others see of the enigmatic, brutal Phwee, the Hellion scout can dish out considerable damage while it zips through enemy installations and fleets untouched. If hit, though, its abilities degrade rapidly and it becomes an easy kill.
