Product Description
A 2mm Scale model of a Fowler 2-6-4 tank engine of the LMS.
The model has a standard fowler cab with the later small keyhole opening (an attempt to reduce the draught on the footplate). Blast pipes are fitted which represents the newer cylinder castings installed in the late 1940's.
Moulded wiithin the body are 2 x front steps, 2 x cab steps, 2 x mechanical lubricator, 4 x oval buffers and 2 x tank S vents which require fitting seperatley. (See images for details)
The model is designed to fit an adapted Graham Farish Fairburn tank chassis (some adjustment to the width and firebox requied)
The model is intended to use a chimney, dome, whistle and safety valves from the NBrass Models range. As alternative to the 3d printed buffers a set of brass buffers is also available from the NBrass models range
