Please read the following description fully and carefully so you know what you are getting.
This is a low-profile mount for the Shearwater NERD and NERD2 to be mounted to a Dive Rite Optima and Choptima DSV. This design is for those who no longer have, or do not wish to use the mounting nuts and bolts that came with their Shearwater mount.
To use this, you will nbeed to purchase:
This mount is intended to be mounted to the right side of the DSV. It has a 2-degree clockwise rotation between the NERD and the barrel of the DSV. This is for easier alignment to your eye. Fine tuning alignment may be accomplished by sliding the bracket on the hose nut left or right on the x-axis, or rotating the clamp around the hose nut.

This is 3d printed printed out of PA12 plastic, and is very robust under normal diving conditions. I am a rebreather instructor and my own personal NERD mount has been in use on my KISS rebreather since 2018 and has over 1500 hours of use and sunlight exposure.

- This is for the Optima DSV without the dovetail rail mount only.
- You must purchase 2 nuts and 2 bolts to use this moount on your rebreather.
- This mount is for the right side of the DSV only.

- (2) 8-32 Socket Head Screws, 9/16" Long
- (2) 8-32 Nuts
- Both must be 316 marine grade stainless steel. Anything less will rust.
