Eiffel Tower Topper

The Eiffel Tower Topper is designed to be paired with the Eiffel Tower desk toy, but it will also spin atop a wide variety of other items like a pencil point, a ballpoint pen tip, a toothpick or a kitchen match, (though I'd suggest not a lit one). All you need are three glass marbles to provide the counter balance. Any 5/8" diameter (16 mm) marble will do, and this size is the most common marbles around.
