The Focke Wulf Triebflügel or Coleopter was a paper plane design at the end of WWII. The Triebflügel was a VTOL (Vertical Take Off and Landing) Interceptor fighter. Each of the rotating three wings should be powered by a Lorin Ram Jet engine. Armed with two 30mm Mk.103 and two 20mm Mk.151 and a speed of nearly 1000km/h the Triebflügel should be fearsome opponent for the allied bombers of Germany.

Der Focke Wulf Triebflügel oder Coleopter war ein Projekt zum Ende des 2. Wk´s für einen senkrecht - startenden Abfangjäger. Jeder der 3 rotierenden Flügel sollte durch ein Lorin Staustrahltriebwerk angetrieben werden. Der Triebflügel sollte mit je zwei 30mm Mk.103 und zwei 20mm Mk.151 bewaffnet sein und eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von fast 1000 km/h erreichen. Der Triebflügel wäre im Einsatz sicherlich ein gefürchteter Gegner der alliierten Bomber über Deutschland geworden.
