Douglas B-66 Destroyer Pair (In Flight) 1/600

The Destroyer started as a tactical nuclear bomber to replace the B-45 Tornado (also available). Initially seen as a land-based derivative of the USN's A3D Skywarrior, it required many changes to meet USAF mission requirements. Almost 300 were built. Some were stationed in England during the Cold War, while others conducted electronic surveillance and jamming missions over North Vietnam.This set includes two airplanes in flight configuration.

This model is a re-scale from our Douglas B-66 Destroyer Pair (In Flight) 1/285. Some parts have been modified to better fit the new size.
