Skull Head Badge 37.5mm

Designed for a 37.5mm head tube, and to be mounted with super-sticky double-sided Automobile Trim Tape.  This head badge should fit most steel bike head tubes, except tapered head tubes -BUT MEASURE YOUR HEAD TUBE DIAMETER BEFORE ORDERING. 
Available for printing in Laser-Sintered Nylon or Steel.  The Nylon is significantly lighter and less expensive than the Steel. 
Nylon: 5.5 grams, Steel: 45.3 grams

I recommend the white versatile plastic  if you plan to paint your head badge. For painting, it is suggested to use acrylic paints, including an acrylic primer

For mounting on Head Tube, I have found 3M "Super Strength Mounting Tape" to be best method - The 3D printed steel is HEAVY, and you want the strength that this tape affords to keep your head badge in place on rough terrain!

"Laser-Sintered" 3D printed parts are manufactured by fusing a matrix of material with a laser, layer by thin layer.  The appearance of "grain" in the part is an artifact of these layers and is wholy dependant upon the part's orientation in the collection of parts being printed.  "Grain" may differ significantly from appearance in photos.
