00 scale kit for a Millwall Extension Railway 2. 4. 0 side tank. Built for the line by Manning Wardle, these were for a time the smallest standard gauge passenger locomotives in Britain. They were taken over by the Port of London Authority when they took over responsibility for the operation of the MIllwall Extension railway who later replaced them with steam railmotors
