Product Description
Sample holder for Atom Probe samples. An O-ring is used to hold the samples in place. The raised bars protect the samples from acedental damge and supports the Silica gel cage.
This holder requires a ~25 mm diameter rubber O-ring which holds the samples in place.
This holder is typicaly placed inside a specimien jar using double sided tape.
This holder can be combined with the Silica gel cage and Lid for humidity controled storage enviroment.
