The North American FJ-4 Fury was a swept-wing carrier-capable fighter-bomber for the United States Navy and Marine Corps. It was designed as an all-weather interceptor and the first FJ-4 flew on 28 October 1954, with 150 being built. The FJ-4B version was capable of carrying a nuclear weapon. 222 FJ-4B’s were built.  The FJ-4 and FJ-4B were retired in the late 1960’s.

The kit includes landing gear with doors, separate wing tips that may be displayed up or down, a four-piece canopy that may be displayed open or closed, tailhook, flight refueling probe, pitot tube and antennas.
