This N-gauge / 2mmFS model of the British Rail ZCV or Crab ballast wagon comes with roller-bearing 12' wb chassis built in, which means that unlike the models I have uploaded to fit the Dapol and Parkside Dundas chassis, the distinctive covers over the buffer shanks have been included because they don't have to fit around the headstocks of a separate chassis, which would make them unprintably thin. Couplers should slot into place behind the headstocks and just work, with no more than a bit of cleaning first. If they're stuck fast, they have not been printed properly. Claim a refund, or try to force them, it's your choice (yes you can buy spares). The moving part clearance in the couplers is 1/8 mm, and normally enough to let them lift and drop on their own, but a thin shim of plastic bent into the slot in the top and down behind the pivot can add a bit of spring to return them to the horizontal if you like that. Parkside Dundas or Peco plastic N-gauge, or 2mm finescale wheels on 14.48 mm axles will turn nicely after cleaning and a _little_ clean-out of the pin-point cones with say a 0.6mm drill bit. If they don't turn easily, take them out and drill a _little_ bit more, roll them back and forth by hand on a cutting mat (for friction) to "run them in", or try a slightly larger bit for the N-gauge axles. Use thin wire for the brake crank and a shorter piece with a bend in it to make the piston/actuating arm on the vacuum cylinder
