Product Description
This tray relocates the ESC to the rear of the truck and fits under the Fuel cell. Depending on the ESC being installed you may need to cut open the underneath of the fuel cell as shown in the pictures. If you have a low profile ESC it is possible that it will clear. In the pictures it is shown with a Hobbywing AXE ESC installed(not included).
Why is this needed?
For my truck I wanted to install a 3D printed engine up front so designed this tray for the rear and a new servo mount (See other items in this category) placing the servo flat clearing up a lot of room for a scale engine bay. This mod also transfers some of the weight to the rear which better balances the truck for racing.
Maximum ESC footprint is 39x54.5mm
The only items required are 2 M2.5x 12mm screws for the front of the tray.
The rear part of the tray uses the stock rear most shock tower mounting screws.
