Metal Master 2.0 part 05

This Metal Master chassis part is designed for protected 18650 Lithium-Ion Batteries.
You can also use protected flat-top 18650 batteries.
I recommend to use Keeppower 18650 3.7V with 10A discharge rate

This is the main part of the new Metal Master 18650 2.0 chassis system.
It is designed for Plecter Lab CFX and Proffie Soundboards. Metal Master 2.0 is the best solution for NeoPixel Sabers!
For older Soundboard versions please use the Metal Master 1.0

The Metal Master system is designed specially for metal prints. It is optimised in price, weight, stability and function.
It is compatible with all Metal Master parts and standard parts Part 01-Part 04.

For mounting you need the Metal Master assembly kit 18650 from the mb-sabers.com shop.

MATERIAL:
I recommend to use Brass or Bronze material. This part is designed for this material!
If you use this part with plastic material (PA12), it can only combined with brass/bronze or plastic parts.
Steel parts will not fit.

IMPORTANT! This chassis has only space for one  18650 battery!
I recommend to use Plecter Soundboards!

This chassis is also designed for 28mm diameter speaker.

Safety first
Remember that metal materials are conductive! You have to make sure that the battery
contacts are well isolated as well as all other elctronic parts. You cannot use the open
battery contacts with metal materials! You have to solder the electric wires directly to the
cells and isolate them well!
If you are not experienced with that, please choose non metal materials!
Only use protected cells.
