Audi A6 Allroad Cargo Cover End Cap Center Post

This part can replace the cracked center post of your C5 Audi allroad or A6/S6 Avant cargo cover. You will have to cut out the old post with a Dremel tool or similar, leaving 1mm of material at the bottom. Then glue this in place using a 2 part epoxy. I used 3m DP460. Use a M4 flat head screw to keep it centered on the hole, and you can put a large washer and nut on the end to keep it clamped in place while the epoxy is curing. Remove the screw after the epoxy sets up but before it fully cures in case you get epoxy on the screw and it gets stuck.
