Easy-to-finish model, with underwing stores already attached. Ideal for both wargaming and the aircraft collector. As many as 2500 F-35s may be built. F-35A is the Air Force's CTOL (conventional takeoff and landing) version, intended to replace F-16s and eventually A-10s. Many other countries may also buy the airplane.
