Product Description
This mount clips to the top of an Athearn open frame motor used in older blue box and RTR locomotives. It holds a Soundtraxx Tsunami2 or Econami PNP decoder. There is provision for a 2x3 (6 caps) capacitor keep alive and a cell phone speaker.
This mount makes it much easier to convert older Athearn models to modern DCC standards. Supports GP, SD, F, and GE models.
