Product Description
Stereo mic clip for mounting two microphones, such as Neumann KM84, in the ORTF configuration. Compatible with microphones 21mm-23mm in diameter.
Place microphones in clips with diaphragms spaced 17cm apart for best results.
Creates a fast, easy repeatable stereo micing setup. Includes attachment points for flying/hanging. May be attached directly to a standard microphone stand using a common top nut, but we suggest using in conjunction with a swivel adaptor such as the WindTech MA-1, OnStage MM01, or Triad M1-R.
ORTF is a "Near Coincident" stereo micing technique that provides a good balance between stereo localization and spaciousness.
Compatible with any microphone with a 21-23mm diameter body, including:
Neumann KM84
Neumann KM184
Neumann K100
