This is a prototype design for an aquarium plant anchor. If you need to hold plants in position in your aquarium this product can be used to do so. The anchor is meant to slide over the base of the plant just above the roots and buried under aquarium gravel or other weights.  Four small winglets protruding from the sides of each anchor help to hold the plastic clip in place.  This model includes two anchors held together by a ring which may be cut to separate the individual parts.

The safety of using 3D printed materials in aquariums with living creatures is debatable, so if you have doubts plan on using 3D printed parts in a decorative aquarium containing only plants, snails, and other robust creatures.
