TASCAM 38 Tension Arm Guide Roller - replacement part.
This is a replacement guide roller for the Tascam 38 1/2" 8 track reel to reel analog tape recorder. The spindle cap can be purchased on Shapeways in my shop as well. Search for "Tascam 38 Tension Arm Guide Spindle Cap".
Recommended that this part be printed in Aluminum and that one use very fine sandpaper to polish the surface of this product before using to ensure proper tape transport. The original part manfuactured by TASCAM was aluminum. The Black Premium Plastic part is available for purchase only as a test part and is not intended for continuous use.
