SARS-CoV-2 Receptor Binding Domain (light-green) and its Binding Motif (dark green) are responsible for binding ACE2 receptors. Residues of the Omicron mutation are revealed and their carbon atoms colored yellow, oxygen colored red, and nitrogen colored blue (K417N, T478K, E484K, G339D, S371L, S373P, S375F, N440K, G446S, S477N, Q493K, G496S, Q498R, N501Y, Y505H).
