Product Description
This gearbox is to convert Lindbergs 1/24 sclae Dodge Rammunition or Raminator model kit (kit no. 73014 or 73015) into working Rc monster. It uses pinion gears as working gears.
Parts list to get this working and what I used:
-Hobbywing Quicrun 1/16 and 1/18 2435 Brushless 4500KV Motor
-Yeah Racing pinions 17t and 35t @ 48dp and 36t @ 64dp. You can use all 64dp gears if you use equivalent diameter as in those 48dp pinions listed.
-2.3 mm bore pinion for motor. I used 13T 0.4M brass pinion from Micro Heli (http://www.microheli.com/pinion-gears/cnc-brass-pinion-13t-0-4m-2-30mm-bore.html) 2.3 mm bore pinion are not so common. You could use 64dp Mini-z pinions and drill the bore to fit the motor.
- 8 pcs 1/8x5/16x9/64 bearings
-36 mm and 46 mm 1/8" steel rods, piano or musical wire
-M2x6 screws to put together
