Higgins PT Boat Samson Post in 1/20th scale, This was mounted in the centre of the Foredeck and was used to tow the 50 ton boat, In reality the Samson post went all the way from above the deck, down to and fastened to the keel, hence the name Samson, as it needed to be strong!
