Graflex Skywalker open style chassis for metal printing
part 1 out of 2
specification:
chassis made to fit Graflex 2.0 and 2.1 hilt kit.
part 1 "Skywalker" Shell design for plastic printing only
part 2 "Skywalker" Crystal chamber design for precious metal only
built to hold Nano V3 or V4 soundboard.
built in place for Li-Ion 18650 3.7V battery.
built in crystal chamber with a hole for a 5mm LED to light the crystal.
crystal chamber built for a 1.5" long and 0.42" thick crystal.
3D printed crystal is available in my store [u]1.5 crystal[/u], [u]1.5" kyber crystal[/u] or [u]Kyber crystal Jedi's force [/u](most recommended)
built in place for a 28mm bass speaker.
built in place for Switchcraft 2.1mm Power Jack
the chassis comes with a kill key.
mandatory for this build:
six 2.8mm (0.114") solid brass rods are needed for extra strength and to hold the parts together,

four 48.6mm (1.913") long
two 68.63mm (2.702") long. link: [u]solid rods[/u]

* printing in metal can have ± 0.125mm change in size
** Chassis have a small place for resistors, a professional installer is recommended
*** some minor modification may be needed (printing can shrink the rods holes by 0.1mm or less)
