ARF-A/MP-5 Gas Mask Drinking Tube Connector

This is a 3D printable copy of the original drinking tube connector for the French ANP-VP F1 / ARF-A or Polish MP-5 gas masks.   I do not recommend drinking out of this model because we just dont know how food safe this SLS printed nylon really is and Shapeways won't certify any of their materials as food safe, either.  I made this just for completeness and general gas mask nerding.  For safe drinking, I have adapter variants available which take commercial potable water tube fittings so no printed parts contact the water.  This one takes straight tube fittings you can get on McMaster and this one uses right angle tube fittings for a less clunky connection than the original.

These ARF-A style masks are currently cheap on the surplus market, but most don't come with a drinking tube kit.  If you want one, buy this and get yourself some tubing to match at the hardware store.  I recommend silicone tubing.  There are also "gas mask drinking tubes" that you can get on ebay which include a valve and may be adapted to your French/Polish mask using this part.

This is currently revision A, after initial testing with basic versatile plastic.  Clip sizes have been updated for better fitment.  Further updates may follow testing with multijet fusion.  Please contact me with any feedback you may have about fitment on your mask.
