OR SSOb Obi Wan Proffie Chassis

Chassis for the One Replicas SSOb Obi Wan hilts.
This is a removable battery design. The battery tabs required are the type shown in the link below:

This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board V2
-KR Sabers 24mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter)
-2.1mm laptop style recharge port 
-4.3mm tactile switches

You will have to pad out the back of the switch button supplied with the hilt as it does not intrude in to the internal diameter of the chassis to activate an possible switch, it's the nature of the hilt design, not a fault with any chassis.
One chassis per purchase. This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
The recharge port requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
After wires are soldered to the battery tabs, I suggest carefully heating up the battery tabs to insert them in to the chassis. This not only makes it alot easier to insert them, but also forms the plasic around them, holding them far better.
