Astronaut John Glenn’s Project Mercury Helmet
Enthusiasts of 12" display figures, listen up! If you're trying to kit bash a Project Mercury Astronaut, you have very few part choices until now. This 1/6th scale helmet fits 12" display figures and is the most accurate available.
The Mercury Helmet is part one of the three-piece Mercury Helmet Kit. Just purchase the Project Mercury Helmet, Mercury Helmet Visor, and Mercury Helmet Bearing to complete the kit. Version 3 improves the visor rotation over previous versions. The visor is movable up and down. The first five Mercury missions (MR-3, MR-4, MA-6, MA-7, and MA-8) used the this helmet. The MA-9 helmet of Gordon Cooper is coming soon.
