USN Midway class carrier as-built, sized for compatibility with Axis & Allies board game. Set includes three identical models. Models are slightly larger than normal carriers to represent a super-carrier. Dimensions: 67mm long x 11.5mm wide x 11mm tall.
Note: this version of the model has a reduced superstructure to better allow 3 Axis & Allies aircraft to sit on the flight deck. The 5" gun directors, crane, and rear radar mast were all removed, the superstructure was shortened and moved forward. There is a another version that is the ship as it actually existed.
