Variante um das Fahrgestell vom Kleinbahn Dampfkran zu verwenden ist für die Zukunft geplant
Das Modell basiert vor allem auf Fotos und einem Plan.
Daher sind nicht alle Abmessungen eindeutig und Schätzungen und Anpassungen waren notwendig.
Manche Abmessungen wurden vergrößert um druckbar zu sein.
Das Modell zeigt ist eine allgemeine Darstellung des Kranes und zeigt keines der 3 Vorbilder im speziellen
Es wurde mit meinem Ender 3 PLA Drucker getestet, die Ausdrucke von Shapeways sollten genauer und detaillierter sein.
Alle Seilrollen sind starr!
Man kann den Kran mit gehobenen Ausleger über Schnüre fixieren, es ist kein Funktionsmodell.
An Materialen sind je nach Modell Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic, und kostengünstiger ab nicht so schön Gray PA12 und Black PA12 freigeben. Vereinzelt auch Smooth Fine Detail Plastic und Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic.
Alle Materialen haben den Shapeways Check ohne Warnungen bestanden, kann trotzdem nicht garantieren was beim Drucken und Versand passiert.
Zusammenbau:
Umlenkrollen_ 2 auf Inneneinrichtung mit 0,5mm Draht befestigen.
Inneneinrichtung in Gehäuse einfädeln, auf Ausnehmungen beim Dachschanier achten.
Boden mit Gehäuse verschrauben, Bohrungen anpassen.
Ausleger in Boden einlegen.
Kabine von oben auf Boden stecken, bis auf Anschlag. Kabine kann mit Gehäuse verklebt werden.
Umlenkrollen am Ausleger einhängen, innen einen Streifen PS 16x2mm aufkleben, sonst könnte man es nicht montieren.
Demontage umgekehrt.

Variant do use undercarraige of Kleinbahn steam crane planned for future
Model is based mainly on photographs and one drawing.
Therefor all dimensions are clear and some estimations and assumptions had been necessary.
Some dimensions were increased to be printable.
It is a general apperance and does not show one specific of the 3 cranes.
Model was tested with my Ender 3 PLA printer, Shapeways printouts should be more detailed and accurate.
All cable pulleys are fixed dummies.
It is possible to lift the crane boom by strings, but it is not a functional model.
Depending on model these materials are available: Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic, an cheaper but not that fine Gray PA12 and Black PA12. Some also with Smooth Fine Detail Plastic and Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic.
All materials passed the ahapeways check without warning, still I cannot guarantee for correct printing and shipping.
Assembly
"Umlenkrollen_ 2" mount on "Inneneinrichtung", fix with 0.5mm wire.
"Inneneinrichtung" in "Gehaeuse" check cutout postions near roof
Screw "Boden" on "Gehaeuse" adapt holes that they fit to screw
"Ausleger" in cutout in"Boden".
Mount "Kabine" from top on "Boden", can be glued to "Gehaeuse" now.
Attach "Umlenkrollen" on "Ausleger", on inside glue a strip of PS 16x2mm, otherwise it could be mounted.
Disassembly just other way.
