1/87th 35 ton Cozad Fire Special lowboy

This print is based off the 35 ton narrow neck lowboy used by Cal Fire and manufactured by Cozad.  The trailer is used to move heavy equipment like bulldozers to brush and wildand fire areas, and is just shy of 40 feet total length with a 18 foot deck. The gooseneck is removable, and the ramps will drop down.  I have inlcuded pins but strongly suggest all pins be replaced with stronger material. This piece does not include wheels or tires (I offer one that does!) but needs tires that are roughly 38 scale inches in diameter.  The main deck cross supports are lower than the main rails, which allows for the buyer to lay down thin wood decking, which can easily be made using basswood etc, which is not included of course.Should there be a question or concern, conctac me via the designer link or direct via email to modelmechanic@gmail.com
