Tamiya FF-01 / TA-02 DCJ conversion

With these parts Tamiya FF-01 & TA-02 kits can be used with Tamiya 42372 double cardan joint shafts to eliminate shattering and wear of the drivetrain. It also includes C-hubs that have the geometry of the now very rare Tamiya 53226 Aluminium Front Hub Carrier Hop-Up.

Additionally needed:
- two 5x12x4mm ballbearings to replace the outer steering arm ballbearing
- two 5x10x3mm flange ball bearings
- four 5x8x2,5mm ballbearings for the C-hubs
- Tamiya 42372 double cardan joint shafts

Installation:
- remove the four rings (two for the installation and two as spare) and the C-hubs off the print frame
- remove the C-hub and steering arm
- remove all ballbearings
- put the 5x10x3 flange ballbearing  in the plastic rings (if needed remove a little material for perfect fit)
- now put this unit into the steering arm (from the inside)
- put the 5x12x4mm ballbearing into the steering arm (outside)
- push the double joint cardan shaft through and install the wheelhex
- place the 5x8x2,5mm ballbearings in the C-hubs (remove material if needed for the perfect fit)
- install the steering arm in the C-hub
- install this unit on the chassis
- use little foam pieces in the diff outdrives to stop the outdrives from moving outwards or glue them (what ever the manual suggests)
