Modular Slingbow/Slingshot For Hunting & Survival

A modular Slingbow/slingshot I designed. The front arrow guide can be removed/added as needed, to switch between being a regular old slingshot, and a sling bow. The yoke itself is modular and removable as well, allowing you to upgrade or replace it in the future, or use a completely different attachment.

Also, ignore the black dirt on the pictures; that was just adhesives used to hold the print down during printing; it will come off with a light sanding or with time. Example shown printed was with my own 3D Printer, in PLA.

The yokes are designed to be minimalist, but still strong and sturdy. As you can see in the pictures, I have a full draw with a full-length arrow (sans head, for safety reasons), and the thing is rock solid.

The grip is hollowed out a bit to lighten the weight, without risking structural integrity. (Seriously, you can beat the ever loving feck out of this thing, and it will be fine). Versatile Plastic is more than enough for a strong and sturdy build; but if you don't mind the weight, and want one that's virtually indestructible, go for one of the metal options instead!

Base of grip also features a hole for putting on a lanyard, if you so choose to.

Package comes with Grip, Yoke, and Arrow Guide. You'll need to provide the ammo, and a rubber band.

To attach the band, put the band through the yoke hole, and pull end of tube over plastic nibs as shown (these should come with your band). Bands can be gotten for $10 or less at most outdoors stores/Walmart/Canadian Tire.

Future add-ons/upgrades include support for three-band slings, a set of rudimentary optics, a more fine-tuned arrow guide, picatinny rails, and more!
