Kepler Telescope Pendant

The Kepler space telescope was launched in May of 2009 on a mission to scan the Milky Way for exoplanets and other Earth-like worlds. It does so by measuring the light from a planet's parent star and comparing brightness to find objects passing in front of the star. So far the Kepler space telescope has helped find over 1200 planets out of a total known 3700 other planets as of 2018. 

This pendant is of medium weight and is an accurate scale representation of the telescope measuring about 1.25 in tall. The telescope body is hollow to reduce weight as well as you can put a tiny flower in it or a drop of essential oils.
