UAVMaker Mobius Gimbal for HXT900 Servo

A super strong and light Pan-Tilt machanism for Mobius Action Cam and HXT900 9g servos. I didn't design the mount for the whole mechanism. This reduces the cost for about 30%. You can cut a hole on the foam and stick the lower servo in with some hot glue (like I did for my Bixler).
Preferred assembling process:
center both servos before the following
1) secure servo arms to both parts with thin CA and self-tapping screws;
2) thread a piece of velcro through the slots of the upper part, adjust its position and secure it with a drop of hot glue;
3) install the tilt servo with M2 screws. Use some washers make small adjustment. then secure the pan servo with servo screw to the lower part;
4) use M3x10 bolt and locknut to hold the two parts together, with preferably a thrust bearing (http://bit.ly/1nTPW97) in between the parts. Alternatively, use several washers instead;
5) the material is flexible, pull the lower part sideways a bit, then fit the tilt servo to its arm. then secure it with servo screw.
