This supersonic technology demonstrator was designed to evaluate the cropped delta wing. Its tandem undercarriage was unsatisfactory and the wing had stability problems.
It never flew and the project was cancelled in 1951.
This is one of a series of prototype Soviet aircraft models from New Aragon Mechanical Works.
