Product Description
This is a forty-eight-sided die (d48) made by truncating a sphere with 48 equally-sized landing positions. The design is based on optimally packing circles on a sphere and has cubic symmetry.
WARNING - this design is NOT isohedral. Unlike other d48s, this design is not based on the disdyakis dodecahedron.
For ease of recognition, the dice in this series are by default only available in full color, with base color according to the last digit of the highest number (8 = dark gray). Other colors may be requested.
