Product Description
FZX headlight housing for Yamaha FZX and Radian - 3D model after the Yamaha part number 1UF-84330-00/1UF-84330-01 pattern.
I tired my best to recreate the shape of the original part with regards and some modifications to the 3D printing process.
Attention:
This is the standalone housing part - it is not compatible with the original Yamaha part.
This part, assembled with my plastic headlight bracket is then fully compatible with the original yamaha headlight assembly with the exeption of the front cover. The original front cover will have to be modified slightly (make room for the standalone bracket on the left side) or you can use my front cover V2.
If you need a replacement housing, but have all the other parts for the assembly (rubber buffers, screws, special washers, headlight bracket, ... ) get my "Original" - Version of the housing!
To assemble this with the bracket and the bike, you will need:
Screws (all cylindrical screws with hex head!):
1x M8x15 for the connection "bracket --> housing"
1x M6x15 for the connection "bracket --> housing (adjuster screw)"
1x M6x25 for the connection "housing --> bike"
1x M8x60 for the connection "bracket --> bike"
Nuts:
2xM8 self locking nut for the connection "bracket --> housing" and "bracket --> bike"
1x M6 nut for the connection "bracket --> housing (adjuster screw)"
Washers:
2 large M6 washers - 1 for each side of the connection "housing --> bike"
If you feel like having a custom outer surface for the housing (more "modern edgy", angular looking or polygonal) drop me a line. I will probably model that to your specs - before you do that, please make sure, that your idea has enough space, to mount to the bike!
