I found all information for that model in internet. That calls Goat Built IBEX 2 Seat Chassis (GB-1102). And I decided to rebuild it completely by blueprints in SolidWorks. Only for first study and familarity with difficult tubes constructions. Another my goal was make this model in scale (1:25), something like for RC trucks.
