Product Description
The purpose of the Nose Helper is to open the nostrils and allow for breathing in both nostrils equally. It solves the problem where one side is normally constricted from a broken nose. This was designed around the dimensions of my own nose, so it may not work as-is for someone else.
To insert, push the Nose Helper upwards toward the nostrils while rocking the bridge of the Nose Helper back and forth. Sometimes it helps to flare your nostrils at the same time.
