119 headlight reflector support

Designed to light up with grain of wheat bulb.  
Hinges required are 5mm square brass.  
Reflector was from old flashlight, Reflector cone size Approx 26.5mm D x 16.25mm d x 16.3mm Long
Hole for light drilled 12mm from large opening.  
For glass flue, take a spare christmas/fairy light, pull the plastic off and cleanly chop the bottom off just where the "tube" begins from the base.  Fit in place with bulb.  

For power to the bulb, the back has places for 1mm single sided copperclad PCB.  This matches to the sprung contacts on "119 headlight".  Thus, the reflector assembly can be slid out to replace the bulb if needed.
