Wheel and tire are one piece.
Dimensions are:
Rim diameter 17mm
Tire outer diameter 23mm
Width of tire or rim 3,3mm
Width at hub 4,3mm
Be careful when removing the parts from the sprue. Better sand the sprue down than cut the parts off. The spokes are thin and brittle.
