T-Trak Corner Template

Tool to correctly place track for T-TRAK modules.  This template includes holes to precisely locate the anchor screws on each end of the module, a guide to ensure 1.5” setback between the front of the module and the front track, and notches to correctly separate parallel tracks at 33mm.  The template combines all these functions into a single tool small enough for any tool kit.
To use the template, it is simply placed in a front corner of the module and the pilot holes are used to drill (using a #64 pin bit) 2 holes through the plywood top of the module.  Guides along the edges will make sure that the holes are in the correct location for all Kato straight or curved track.  Repeat on the other side and both track ends will have perfect pilot holes.  By partially inserting screws into the Kato track, you can locate the pilot holes and your track will be correctly aligned.  To make sure the track is straight all the way across the module, you can simply turn the template over and use it as a guide to ensure proper alignment of the front track.  Then there are 3 sets of notches along the edge of the tool to allow you to place 2 or 3 tracks in the correct separation from each other.
